State of the Studios Address Week of April 15, 2019 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Crews continue construction work in the future guest tram arrival and departure area.  Installation of vehicle and pedestrian travel surfaces progresses in addition to structural fabrication work. A new Disney Transport information stand has been positioned near the resort bus arrival areas. Green construction barriers have been erected around the three flag poles near the main entrance. Workers have brightened  the Chinese Theatre’s main facade with fresh paint. This location is the site for the upcoming Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway attraction that is scheduled to open in the Fall 2019.

 Shoppers can now select from a variety of new fine art paintings and prints featuring favor characters from Pixar films.  Selections include full and post card size art.

Young guests will delight in the new array of Minnie Mouse accessory set toys now on shelves at The Studios Store. Toys include a detailed 21 piece pastry oven play set that features lights and sounds.

Guests can select from new Briar Rose Gold themed merchandise on Carthay Circle shelves. Mugs, Mouse ears, backpacks , small wallets, as well as Alex and Ani’ charm bracelets await shoppers at this Sunset Blvd merchandise location.
